Buffalo Lemon Pepper Pasta Salad

Because we need pasta salad all year round, all the time. Chef Tony takes our Buffalo Lemon Pepper blend (now available at select Costco stores) and dresses up those Kirkland tortellini with that Costco Rotisserie chicken in a crema and adds everything he likes - feel free to throw in whatever you like, too. Recipe video below!

Ingredients

1 package 5 Cheese Tortellini (we used Kirkland brand form Costco)

2 Carrots, Diced

2 Celery Ribs, Diced

1 Broccoli Head, Cut into Bite Sized Pieces

1 Cucumber, English, Sliced

1 Costco Rotisserie Chicken, Diced

4 oz Salami, Sliced

2.25 Olives, Halves (can)

1 Can Spam, Slices, Fried

2 Tbsp Spiceology Buffalo Lemon Pepper Blend

1/2 cup Sour Cream
-
2 Tbsp Honey
-
2 Tbsp Spiceology Buffalo Lemon Pepper Blend

2 Tbsp Tabasco Buffalo Sauce
For the Crema
Directions
Cook your tortellini, carrot, celery, broccoli, in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Strain out water, place on a sheet tray and cool.
While cooling pan fry your spam slices until crispy, cool and add to pasta and vegetables.
Dice your chicken, cool, and then add to veggie and pasta sheet tray.
Drain your olives from the can and add to the mixture.
Put everything cooling into a large mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
In a separate small mixing bowl combine all the crema ingredients together.
Pour crema into the large mixing bowl and stir well making sure the crema is evenly distributed throughout.
Refrigerate for at least an hour then serve.
