Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees F.
On a sheet tray lined with aluminum foil, season your bacon with Spiceology Candied Bacon Sriracha and place in oven. Bake for 12 minutes, turn over bacon and finish in oven for an additional 5 minutes (or until crispy).
While the bacon is in the oven, make your aioli. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the aioli and set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, make the arugula salad dressing: combine the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, honey and mix well. Toss the dressing with the arugula and cabbage. Set aside until the bacon is ready.
Cook your egg in a small sauté pan on medium heat to over easy. Set aside.
Now that your bacon is ready you're ready to build your sandwich. From the bottom up, bun, slather aioli on bottom bun, stack the slaw over bottom bun, bacon, cheese, egg, and top bun that is slathered with aioli and serve with hashbrowns or tater tots.
