Sometimes the stove deserve a rest. Cool, crisp, crunchy, and of course sweet and spicy make up the experience when devouring these imitation krab roll. Lobster step aside, this frugal foodie "po' boy" just showed up to make sure dinner is anything but boring.

Ingredients

3 cups Imitation Krab (shredded)

1/8 cup Candied Bacon Sriracha

2 cups Duke's Mayo

2 whole limes Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

1 cup Celery (small dice)

1 cup Zesty Hot Dill Pickles (small dice)

4 Mini Hoagie Rolls
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded krab, pickles, and celery.
In a medium bowl, combine mayo, lime juice, and Candied Bacon Sriracha.
Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Combine Candied Bacon Sriracha dressing with krab bowl and gently mix well.
Split the top of your hoagie rolls and stuff them with krab salad.
Share with friends and family and be happy the stove wasn't turned on in this heat.

This recipe is super easy and quite filling. My only tip, add spicy bbq chips to the top of the roll. It's like when you were a kid and you got that bologna and dorito white bread sandwich during the break when everyone has to get out of the pool and rest for thirty minutes.
