This soup starts in the oven, where ripe tomatoes, onions, and garlic get deeply roasted until blistered, jammy, and just a little charred. That slow caramelization builds serious depth, while Smoked Chipotle Herbs de Provence Seasoning brings gentle smoke, herbaceous warmth, and a subtle heat that rounds everything out. Blended smooth and finished with a splash of cream if you like, it’s rich, savory, and made for dunking grilled cheese straight into the bowl.
