Ingredients

8 oz Marketside Ready-to-heat Slow-Braised Pork Shoulder Carnitas

2 Tbsp Spiceology Chile Con Limon

1 cup Sour Cream
-
1/2 cup Mayo
-
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
-
1 Tbsp Honey
-
1 Tbsp Spiceology Chile Con Limon
-
Queso Fresca, Pickled Jalapeno, Cilantro, Pickled Red Onion - or whatever you want!
For the Carnitas
For the Honey-Lime Crema

Directions
Make the Honey-Lime Crema
Mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and funnel into a squeeze bottle (if not bottle you can apply via a spoon).
Heat the Carnitas
Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium-low heat.
Empty the carnitas and any braising liquid from the pouch into the skillet.
Cover the skillet and heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until heated through. Add the Spiceology Chile Con Limon at the end of the cook time and mix.
Cook the Tots
While you're cooking your carnitas, place the tots in an air fryer, pre-heat to 360°F (175°C) and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve
In a bowl, fill with a handful of tots, top with carnitas. drizzle your desired amount of crema and apply your desired amount of garnish on hand.
