Ingredients

1½ lb skinless cod fillets

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Spiceology Chile Con Limón seasoning

½ tsp kosher salt

1 lime, zested and juiced

Extra lime wedges, for serving
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high and lightly oil grates.
Pat cod dry and place on a tray or plate.
Drizzle with olive oil and rub evenly over both sides.
Season with Chile Con Limón, salt, and lime juice.
Place cod directly on grill grates or on a lightly oiled grill tray.
Grill 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until flaky and just opaque.
Remove from the grill and rest for 2 minutes.
Serve with extra lime wedges.
