Ingredients

1 stick Unsalted Butter, room temp

4g Spiceology X Derek Wolf Cowboy Butter Blend

1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef

2 Brioche Sesame Buns

4 Pepper Jack Cheese Slices, Tillamook

1/2 cup Caramelized Onions
-
1/2 cup Mayo, Duke’s

2 tsp Spiceology Truffle Parmesan Blend

Compound Butter
In a small mixing bowl combine the two ingredients.
Once combined, lay butter on parchment paper and roll into a cylinder shape, tightening both sides. place in freezer.

Combine the two ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Burger
Divide the ground beef evenly (4oz patties) into balls and set aside.
In a skillet on medium high heat smash your beef patties as well as you can season with salt and pepper.
Once the beef starts to build a crust (2 minutes) turn over and cook the other side.
Apply the cheese immediately after turning. Once cheese starts to bend over the patty remove from pan and rest on cutting board.
Separately, toast your sesame brioche bun.
Build the burger bottom to top: Bottom bun, mayoli, caramelized onion, burger patty, slice of cowboy butter butter), burger patty, mayoli, bun.
