Ingredients

1 Costco Roasted Chicken (picked and pulled)

2 cups Hatch Chilies (jarred preferred)

½ cup Favorite Salsa Verde

1.5 cups Chicken Stock

2 tbsp Derek Wolf’s Cowboy Butter Seasoning

4-6 Extra Large Flour Tortillas

1 Large Red Bell Pepper (julienned)

1 Large White Onion (julienned)

½ cup Cotija
-
1 cup Black Refried Beans
-
1 cup Roasted Corn
-
3 cups White Rice (cooked)
Directions
In large dutch oven combine hatch chilies, salsa verde, chicken stock, and Derek Wolf's Costco Butter. Bring to a simmer. Add in roasted and pulled costco chicken and fold in. Let simmer for 15 mins just to heat chicken and infuse additional flavor.
Warm tortillas in the oven or in a seasoned skillet to make them more pliable.
Build burritos with your favorite ingredients.
