Ingredients

1 Bag of Cheddar and Caramel Popcorn Mix

2 tbsp Derek Wolf’s Cowboy Candy Seasoning

1 Stick of butter (½ cup)

1 cup white sugar

¾ cup water
Directions
In a nonstick medium sauce pan, combine butter, sugar, Cowboy Candy, and water.
Whisk contents of the saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil over medium heat.
using a candy thermometer, and whisking often to keep from burning, take sauce to a thread stage at 230 degrees Fahrenheit. Sauce she be a golden brown.
Place popcorn in a large bowl.
While sauce is still hot, drizzle over the popcorn.
Serve while warm.
