Ingredients

3 Tbsp Spiceology Cowboy Candy seasoning

2 Shallots, Minced

1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream

2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
Directions
In a sauce pot on medium-low heat, sweat the minced shallots in the butter until translucent.
Pour in heavy whipping cream and Spiceology Cowboy Candy. Stir well.
Bring to a simmer and reduce to nappe texture.
Pour into blender and blend until smooth.
Run the sauce through a sieve back into the sauce pot. Keep on low heat until served.
