Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Orzo Pasta

2 Tbsp Olive OIl

1-2 Tbsp Spiceology Double Garlic seasoning

2 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
-
3 oz Goat Cheese
-
1/2 cup Asiago, Shredded
-
9 oz Spinach
-
1/4 cup Milk, Whole

Parsley for garnish
Directions
In a medium-large pot on medium-high heat bring your oil to temp.
Pour in orzo and stir. Once you begin to see the orzo get slightly golden and fragrant cover with chicken stock.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer on medium-low heat. Cover.
Cook until pasta is al dente (about 10 minutes).
Once the liquid is absorbed add in Spiceology Double Garlic seasoning, goat cheese, milk, asiago cheese, and spinach.
Keep on low to medium heat and stir until the spinach starts to wilt and the cheeses are melted. This should make the pasta rather creamy.
Drizzle an additional 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil and serve.
