Garlic bread just got a Mediterranean upgrade. Spiceology Greek Freak brings herby, savory depth to a compound butter that soaks into crusty French bread and bakes up golden under a blanket of parmesan. Pair it with pasta, soup, or honestly -- anything that could use a better bread.

Greek Freak Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf french bread (whole)
  • 2 tablespoons Spiceology Greek Freak Blend
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.

  2. Slice the bread in half the long way like a hotdog bun. In a small bowl, microwave the butter for approximately 20 seconds or until it just starts to melt. Add Greek Freak, garlic, and lemon, and mix well.

  3. Have your helper spread butter mixture evenly on the bread and top with parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for approximately 6 minutes watching it carefully, and take it out when the cheese just starts to brown.
