A muffin tin and a tube of store-bought pizza dough become the perfect snack when Greek Freak Seasoning is stirred right into the sauce. Load them up with whatever toppings your crew wants, and you've got a lunchbox win, a game-day platter, or an after-school snack that disappears in minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 (13.8 oz) tube refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 Tbsp Spiceology Greek Freak Seasoning, plus more to taste
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella (or a mozzarella-provolone mix)
- ¾ cup diced toppings (pepperoni, fully cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions)
- 1 tsp olive oil, for greasing
2 Tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly brush a standard 12-cup muffin tin with the olive oil.
Stir the Greek Freak Seasoning into the pizza sauce and set aside so the herbs can soften.
Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it to about â…› inch thick. Cut 4-inch rounds, re-rolling the scraps as needed to get 12 total.
Press one round into each muffin cup, easing the dough up the sides to form a shallow cup.
Spoon 2 tsp of the seasoned sauce into each cup, then add 1 Tbsp cheese and 1 Tbsp diced toppings.
Bake 15–18 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then run a thin knife or offset spatula around each pizza and lift it out.
Finish with the parmesan and serve warm.
