Jarred vodka sauce gets doctored with Spiceology Greek Freak Seasoning, then piled with browned Italian sausage, sweet or hot pepper slices, and roasted red peppers for a pan-style pie built for a screaming-hot oven. Ten minutes of active bake time, and it comes out bubbly, golden, and a little smoky.

Ingredients
Favorite premade dough, or dough of choice, stretched to 15–17 inches
8 oz Italian sausage, casings removed
6 oz jarred vodka sauce
2 Tbsp Spiceology Greek Freak Seasoning, divided
2 Tbsp grated pecorino Romano cheese
6 oz shredded low-moisture mozzarella
3 oz Italian sweet or hot peppers, thinly sliced
3 oz roasted red peppers, sliced
Directions
Preheat the oven (and pizza stone or steel, if using) to 500°F — or up to 520°F for a thicker, crispier pan-style crust. Check your dough's instructions for the temperature that suits it best.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, breaking it into crumbles as it browns, 6–8 minutes, until cooked through. Set aside.
Stretch the dough to 15–17 inches in diameter. Stir 1 Tbsp Greek Freak Seasoning into the vodka sauce, then spread it over the dough in an even layer.
Sprinkle with the pecorino Romano, then the remaining 1 Tbsp Greek Freak Seasoning. Top evenly with the mozzarella and cooked sausage, then scatter the pepper slices and roasted red peppers over the top.
Bake according to your dough's instructions — about 8–10 minutes at 520°F, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving.
