Seared ahi tuna gets a Mediterranean twist in this quick, high-impact weeknight dish. Spiceology Greek Freak Rub works double duty -- as a marinade brush-on for the tuna and as a seasoning in the bright tomato-feta topping. Ready in under 20 minutes, it works just as beautifully with firm tofu for a versatile plant-based option.
