Directions
Grill pineapple wedges over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized with char marks. Let cool slightly.
Muddle or blend grilled pineapple wedges with the 2 oz pineapple juice until you have about 3-4 oz of juice/pulp. Strain if desired.
In a glass filled with crushed ice, combine pineapple juice, yuzu extract, Smoky Honey Habanero, Ground Sumac, and agave syrup (if using). Stir to combine.
If desired, rim each glass with a chili-sugar blend before filling.
Top each glass with 4–6 oz of club soda. Stir gently.
Garnish with a pineapple wheel and a tiny pinch of Ground Sumac. Serve immediately.

Recipe Note
For extra depth, add a small pinch of Smoky Honey Habanero directly to your glass and stir before topping with soda. Want it boozy? A splash of coconut rum or mezcal takes this spritzer to the next level.
