Ingredients

Pork chops, 1-inch thick, as many as needed, preferably bone in, but can be boneless

Spiceology Jamaican Jerk seasoning, 1 Tbsp per chop

Olive oil, as needed

Mango or Apple Chutney for serving (optional)

Optional, butter and garlic for basting
Directions
Pre heat your oven to 350°F.
Season your chops with olive oil and Spiceology Jamaican Jerk seasoning on all sides.
Heat a medium to large frying pan to medium high heat with some olive oil.
Once hot, place chops in pan, cooking to get some good color on the chops as you are going to finish these in the oven.
Flip once good browning has happened, baste with butter and garlic if using. Place in your oven and cook until your desired doneness is reached, this will vary depending on the size from 3-5 minutes.
Slice these up, serving with a mango chutney and your go to weekday side for a quick and flavor-packed dinner.
