Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 2 tbsp Bullhead Chinese BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp Spiceology Korean BBQ blend
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Wash and dry green beans. While they're drying on a paper towel clip the ends of each bean off.
In a deep pot or wok, pour in the vegetable oil set on stove at medium high heat or until oil is 375°F.
- Once the oil is to temp, drop in half of the green beans and fry until blistered.
- Remove the from oil with a steel racket or spoon and place onto a paper towel lined plate or sheet tray.
- Allow the oil to get back to temperature and repeat with remaining uncooked green beans.
- In a hot pan on medium high heat drop in beans, BBQ sauce, Spiceology Korean BBQ blend, and peanuts.
- Toss ingredients together until evenly distributing coat beans with sesame oil and plate.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
