Simple, zesty, big, and bold- these Korean BBQ Shrimp skewers have all the flavor you need to be a showstopper at the next cookout. Napkins optional, flavor-portability maximized.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs raw, peeled and deveined medium/large shrimp
- 3 tbsp Gochujang paste

2 tbsp Spiceology Korean BBQ seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1 inch knob of ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup of the whites off of green onions
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- For serving, kimchi fried rice
Directions
In a small bowl, combine your gochujang, Spiceology Korean BBQ seasoning, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, onion and maple syrup. Pour over your ready shrimp and that marinade in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat your BBQ, charcoal grill or flattop grill to medium high heat. Cook your shrimp for 3-4 mins per side.
- Plate your shrimp skewers with fried rice, noodles or just in a pile and enjoy this flavour packed shrimp!

If you really want to amp up these skewers, serve with cucumber, radish, and seaweed bachan. And kimchi. Just add all the bachan. All of it.
