We tend to not use hyperbole when it comes to our recipes - but this really is a perfect recipe for perfect Nashville Hot Chicken Thighs by Chef Tony.
Our Nashville Hot Chicken blend has a low to medium heat profile with a little sweetness. Bring on tasty Southern charm with this blend of cane sugar, salt, chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion, and cayenne.

Ingredients

2 Boneless, Skin-On Chicken Thighs

3 tsp Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken Blend

Salt to taste

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Season chicken thighs with olive oil and salt.
In a large sauté pan on medium heat, place 1Tbsp of olive oil and bring to temp.
Once to temp, place chicken skin side down and render until the skin is golden brown.
While the skin is rendering, pre-heat your oven at 425°F.
Once the skin is golden brown, season bottom of thighs with Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken Blend.
Turn thighs skin-side up and place pan into oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until thighs are 185°F internal temperature.
Remove from oven and pan and allow chicken to rest.
While resting dust the skin side with more Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken Blend.
Now you're ready to eat! You can serve with Mac and Cheese, Roasted Potatoes and a Salad for the perfect dinner.
