Oh Canada is coarse, salty goodness with a dash of heat that's perfect on proteins like this pork tenderloin. This mix of sea salt, spices, onion, paprika, red pepper flakes, and garlic is a pantry staple and perfect for grilling season. Watch the recipe video below! 

Oh Canada Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 whole pork tenderloin

  • 2-3 Tbsp (depending on the size of your tenderloin) Spiceology Oh Canada seasoning

  • Your favorite BBQ sauce, as needed

  • Olive oil, as needed

  • Micro greens, optional

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your grill to medium-high heat (375°-400°F).

  2. Remove the silver skin and any excess fat from your pork tenderloin. Lightly score your tenderloin in a diamond pattern.

  3. Lightly coat with olive oil and Spiceology Oh Canada seasoning.

  4. Place on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, turning 90° half way through. Flip and sauce with your bbq sauce. Your tenderloin is cooked once it reaches an internal temp of 140°F/60°C.

  5. Slice your tenderloin, add some more bbq sauce if you’d like, sprinkle with some flaky salt and enjoy this quick and easy weekday protein!
