Ingredients

1 whole pork tenderloin
-
2-3 Tbsp (depending on the size of your tenderloin) Spiceology Oh Canada seasoning

Your favorite BBQ sauce, as needed

Olive oil, as needed

Micro greens, optional
Directions
Pre-heat your grill to medium-high heat (375°-400°F).
Remove the silver skin and any excess fat from your pork tenderloin. Lightly score your tenderloin in a diamond pattern.
Lightly coat with olive oil and Spiceology Oh Canada seasoning.
Place on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, turning 90° half way through. Flip and sauce with your bbq sauce. Your tenderloin is cooked once it reaches an internal temp of 140°F/60°C.
Slice your tenderloin, add some more bbq sauce if you’d like, sprinkle with some flaky salt and enjoy this quick and easy weekday protein!
