Real orange juice powder, Gochugaru chili flakes, and mustard walked into a car dealership-and all left together in an RV of flavor. Smooth and rich with a pucker of balsamic vinegar punch, this Orange Gochugaru Düsseldorf style mustard is worth keeping in the fridge and putting on everything.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Mustard Powder

1 tbsp Orange Gochugaru

2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Kosher Salt

1/2 cup Pickle Juice (bread and butter)

1/2 cup Mustard Seed

1/4 cup Water
-
1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Add all ingredients except 1/4 of the mustard seeds to a food processor and pulse to a smooth paste.
Fold in remaining mustard seeds and pulse lightly for 10 seconds.
Transfer to a mason jar and let sit overnight before enjoying.

Any place you'd use mustard- you best be using this condiment. It has the depth of the Marianas Trench and the punch of a rock em' sock em' robot. Definitely deserves to be kept in the fridge.
