No smoker, no grill, no excuses — just Prime Rib Rub, a hot oven, and a wire rack doing the work that separates a great wing from a soggy one.

Ingredients
-
2 lbs chicken wings (flats and drums)
-
½ cup Spiceology Prime Rib Rub
-
2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.
Toss wings with Prime Rib Rub and baking powder until evenly coated.
Arrange on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Refrigerate uncovered for at least 4 hours, up to 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place the rack and baking sheet in the oven. Roast for 40–45 minutes, flipping once at the 20-minute mark, until skin is golden and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
For extra crispy skin, switch the oven to broil on high for an additional 2–3 minutes — watch closely to avoid burning.
