Ingredients

1 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp salt

2 1/4 cup All Purpose flour

2 Tbsp Spiceology Pumpkin Spice blend

8 oz white chocolate chips

1/2 tsp oil
Directions
Set oven to 300 degrees F.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually stir in, vanilla, salt and flour and mix well.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 3 minutes. - Pat into a 1/3-in.-thick rectangle measuring 11 in. x 8 in.
Cut into desired shape.
Bake at 300° for 25 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
Melt white chocolate and dip cookies - tip: add some oil to make the chocolate more dippable.
Let chocolate dry and enjoy!
