Ingredients
- 24oz bag of frozen french fries
- neutral oil, for deep frying (skip if air frying)
- 3 Tbsp Spiceology Really Ranch Salt-Free Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Spiceology Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme Seasoning
- 1 pinch Spiceology Ancho Chile, Ground (optional)
Directions
Cook the fries until deeply golden and crisp: air fry at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through; or deep fry at 350°F for 3–5 minutes per batch. Cooking times vary by brand and appliance, so use the package as a secondary reference.
While the fries cook, stir together the Really Ranch Salt-Free Seasoning, Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme Salt-Free Seasoning, and Ancho Chile in a large mixing bowl until evenly combined.
Transfer the hot fries straight into the bowl (if deep frying, let them drain on paper towels for about 30 seconds first). Toss until every fry is evenly coated.
Taste, add a pinch of salt only if you want it, and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
