Ingredients

2 lbs Whole Chicken Wings

3 Tbsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero seasoning

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Salt, Kosher Coarse

1/4 cup Butter
-
1/4 cup Honey
-
2 Tbsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero seasoning
For the Butter Glaze
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, toss your wings with olive oil, Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero and salt. Allow to sit at room temp for 30 minutes.
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees using applewood (chips/pellets).
Place your wings in the smoker and smoke for about 2 hours.
After 2 hours, crank the heat to 450 degrees and allow them to smoke for another 15-30 minutes. While the wings are finishing for the last 15-30 minutes, combine the butter glaze ingredients into a small sauce pot on low and mix well until it turns into a smooth sauce.
Remove the wings and toss with glaze in a mixing bowl. Plate, serve and enjoy!
