Ingredients

2 Frozen Chicken Tenders of your choice

2 tsp Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken blend

1 cup buttermilk

1 egg

1 egg yolk

2 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup whole milk

¼ cup granulated sugar
-
1 tsp sea salt
-
¼ tsp baking soda
-
1 Tbsp baking powder
-
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla
-
2 tsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero blend

1 Tbsp butter, melted

2 tsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero blend

1 cup maple syrup

Directions
In a mixing bowl add the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero.
In a separate bowl, mix together the buttermilk, milk, egg, egg yolk, oil and vanilla.
Combine the two mixtures. Stir until combined, but don't over mix you want a little chunky thickness to it. Set aside.
Fry or bake your chicken tenders and once cooked, toss with Spiceology Nashville Hot blend.
Heat up waffle iron, pour in desired about of batter placing the cooked chicken tender in the middle of the batter.
Close and cook to desired doneness.
While the waffle is cooking, in a small sauce pan on low heat - mix the syrup and Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero blend together.
Insert wooden kebab stick and plate chicken and waffle and coat with syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
