Ingredients

20 grams Smoky Honey Habanero

1 750ml 8-10 yr High Proof Whiskey

120 grams Wildflower Honey
-
1 Charred Mini Oak Aging Barrel
Directions
Follow the instructions to prep mini barrel. Empty water from the barrel. Add 1 750 ml bottle of bourbon or whiskey.
Add Smoky Honey Habanero.
Add Wildflower Honey.
Place bung in bung hole and let rest for 1 week to 2 months, agitating the barrel once every few days.
Serve neat in .5oz pours or use in a cocktail.

You can let this rest 1 week or 2 months, pick your preference and the intensity will grow as it sits longer. Perfect in a spicy Old Fashioned, or Hot Toddy. Or neat. All of the above.
