1 bag Alexia Foods Straight Cut Sweet Potato Fries

1 1/2 lbs Ribeye or Sirloin (sliced thin)

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 bottle Momofuku Korean Sauce

2 Tbsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero seasoning

1/2 cup Mayo
-
2 limes - Lime Juice (fresh limes)

1 cup Snap Peas
-
1 cup White Onions (sliced)

1 cup Button Mushrooms (sliced)

1/2 cup Sweet Peppers (sliced)
Directions
In a small bowl mix 1 Tbsp of Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero with baking soda and sliced beef. Set aside for 10 minutes.
In another small bowl combine 1 Tbsp of Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero with lime juice and mayo. Whisk thoroughly and set aside.
Air fry the sweet potato fries by the stated directions on the bag.
While fries are cooking, stir fry beef with 2 Tbsp of Korean sauce until cooked thoroughly and set aside. Repeat with the vegetables. Once veggies are cooked add beef back in and mix well.
When fries are done, evenly distribute beef and veggies on fries and drizzle Smoky Honey Habanero dressing over the loaded fries - dig in!
