Sweet Tea Lemonade Chicken Wings

Ingredients

2-3 lbs Whole Chicken Wings

½ cup Unsalted Caramel

½ cup Buffalo Lemon Pepper

1 cup Unsweetened Tea

2 cups Water

¼ cup Brown Sugar
Directions
In a large Dutch oven, bring neutral fry oil to 350 degrees. Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Unsalted Caramel and Buffalo Lemon Pepper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, toss 1/2 cup of the Lemon Pepper Caramel blend with the full chicken wings and let rest for 10 min.
In a small sauce pan, combine the remaining 1/2 cup of the blend, 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and juice of 1 lemon. Bring to a boil and reduce to 1 cup.
Whisk in unsweetend iced tea and let rest.Place wings on the smoker and smoke at 225 degrees for approximately 2 hours or until internal temp is 160 degrees.
Remove from the smoker. Submerge in fry oil and fry for 2 min until crispy and 165 degrees.
Toss in Sweet Tea Sauce and serve.
