- 2 oz 100 Proof Bourbon (We used Old Grandad)
- 2 oz Ginger Beer
- 1/2 oz Mirin
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

1 tsp Orange Gochugaru Chile Reduction (2 Tbsp Spiceology Orange Gochugaru Chile + 1 cup water)
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine Spiceology Orange Gochugaru Chile and water. Bring to a boil and reduce by half. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to chill.
- In a cocktail mixing glass, fill half way with ice.
- Add bourbon, ginger beer, Orange Gochugaru reduction, and mirin. Stir for 30 seconds to blend and dilute.
- In your rocks glass, add one large ice cube.
- Strain cocktail over the ice cub.
- Add two dashes of chocolate bitters.
- Garnish with orange peel.
- Drank up.
