Ingredients

5 Sweet Piquillo Peppers

5 Gouda Slices
-
1 oz Iberico Cured Ham Slices

2 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador Blend
Directions
Pat each piquillo dry and set on a cutting board.
Roll your gouda slices and ham slices over one another and season with Spiceology Tomatador.
Take cheese/ham roll and stuff inside pepper.
In a cast iron pan sear each side on medium high for 2 minutes.
Plate and eat immediately.
