Tomatador Ham & Cheese Stuffed Piquillo Peppers

Ingredients

  • 5 Sweet Piquillo Peppers

  • 5 Gouda Slices

  • 1 oz Iberico Cured Ham Slices

  • 2 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador Blend

  • Olive oil for searing

Directions

  1. Pat each piquillo dry and set on a cutting board.

  2. Lay a slice of ham on a slice of gouda. Season with Spiceology Tomatador and roll together.

  3. Take the cheese/ham roll and stuff it into the pepper. Season the outside of the pepper with Tomatador to taste.

  4. In a cast iron pan, add olive oil. Sear the peppers on each side over medium-high heat for 2 minutes, or until the peppers are charred and the cheese is melted.

  5. Plate and eat immediately.
