Pizza gets the pot pie treatment for some newstalgia in a ramekin. Chef Tony layers the flavor using both our Pizza blend and Tomatador Spanish-Inspired blend that brings the umami. Watch the recipe video below!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Olive oil

1/2 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)

1 small Onion, diced

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 each Red bell pepper, diced

1 cup Mushrooms, sliced

14 oz can Crushed tomatoes

1 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador Blend
-
2 tsp + 1 tsp (for topping) Spiceology Pizza Blend

1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
-
1/2 cup Provolone, Shredded

1 sheet Store Bought Pizza Dough

1 Tbsp Olive oil (for brushing)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat olive oil in skillet; brown sausage.
Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook until softened.
Stir in tomatoes, Spiceology Tomatador, Pizza Blend, and red pepper flakes; simmer 10 minutes.
Divide filling into 4 ramekins. Top with cheeses.
Roll out pizza dough slightly larger than ramekins; cover each, sealing edges.
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with Spiceology Pizza Blend.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown. Serve inverted or in ramekins.
