FAQs: Turkey Rub Whole Roasted Chicken

Yes. Letting the chicken rest for 10–15 minutes after roasting allows the juices to redistribute and the internal temperature to rise to a safe 165°F. This keeps the meat tender, juicy, and flavorful.

Absolutely. You can rub the chicken with Turkey Rub a few hours ahead or even the night before. Refrigerating it uncovered helps the skin dry slightly, resulting in extra-crispy, golden skin when roasted.

Definitely. Turkey Rub is a versatile herbaceous blend that works beautifully on turkey, chicken thighs, pork, roasted veggies, stuffing, compound butter, and even holiday gravies. It adds classic, cozy flavor anywhere you need a savory boost.
