Ingredients

1 lb of tri-color rotini pasta (or your pasta of choice)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup of cucumber, diced

½ cup shredded carrot

¼ cup red onion, finely sliced

2.5 Tbsp Spiceology’s Yum Yum Seasoning

½ cup mayonnaise
-
1.5 Tbsp rice vinegar
-
1 tsp sugar
-
1 tsp soy sauce
-
2 Tbsp water or milk (to thin dressing)

Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Cook and chill pasta for at least 1 hour.
Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, Yum Yum seasoning, and water to make dressing.
Toss Pasta with vegetables and dressing. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
