- Nashville Hot Chicken - We should have called this Nashville Hot-ish (and a little sweet) chicken… but it wouldn’t fit on the label. Bring on tasty Southern charm with this blend of cane sugar, salt, chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion and cayenne. We tip our hats to the Tennessee chicken that inspired this gotta-have-it blend.
