Black & Bleu Bacon Broccoli & Cauli Salad

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large crown of broccoli 
  • 1 small head of cauliflower 
  • 6 slices of bacon, crispy 
  • 1/2 cup slices almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins 
  • 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup, red onion, thinly sliced 

For the dressing:


Instructions

  1. Cut your broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. Place into a large bowl. 
  2. Crisp your bacon and chop up. 
  3. Add in your raisins, almonds, feta and onion (or whatever you want!) into the bowl. 
  4. For the dressing mix together mayo, sour cream, Spiceology Black & Bleu seasoning and vinegar. 
  5. Add in your dressing into the bowl of your broccoli mix and stir to combine. 
  6. Enjoy right aways but will also hold well in your fridge for a few days.
