2 lbs of brussels sprouts, trimmed and washed

3 tablespoons Spiceology Black & Bleu Rub
- canola oil, for frying
- Black & Bleu buttermilk ranch, for drizzling
Directions
- Wash and trim your Brussels sprouts.
Heat oil to 375° F, add Brussels sprouts to oil, and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Add to a bowl and toss with Black & Bleu seasoning while still warm, finish with buttermilk ranch and enjoy!
