    • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

    • 1 oz Apple Cinnamon syrup (recipe above)

    blank

    • 1 Cosmic Crisp apple, peeled and diced

    • 1/2 tsp unsalted butter

    • 2 tsp Spiceology Apple Cinnamon Blend

    blank

    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    • 1/4 cup brown sugar

    • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

    • Pinch of kosher salt

    • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

    blank

    • Sautéed apples (Recipe above)

    • Crumble topping (Recipe above)

    • 1 tsp carbonated sugar (Optional)

    Directions

    1. Make the Crumble - Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, whisk together flour, both sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until large clumps form.

    2. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely — it will firm up as it cools.

    3. Make the Syrup - Combine water, sugar, and Apple Cinnamon Blend in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture just simmers. Remove from heat, cool, and strain if desired.

    4. Sauté the Apples - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced apple and Apple Cinnamon Blend. Sauté 4–5 minutes until tender and caramelized. Set aside.

    5. Build the Shake - Add vanilla ice cream and Apple Cinnamon syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    6. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with sautéed apples and a generous handful of crumble topping.

    7. Finish with a sprinkle of carbonated sugar and serve immediately.

Oh, absolutely. Every sip is packed with cozy apple pie flavor, creamy vanilla goodness, warm cinnamon spice, and sweet apple notes that taste like dessert straight from the oven, just colder and way more sippable.

Milkshakes are best enjoyed fresh, but you can prep the apple topping and any spice blends ahead of time. When you're ready, blend, top, and sip your way to dessert happiness.

Go big. Add caramel drizzle, extra whipped cream, crushed cookies, graham cracker crumbs, or even a slice of apple pie on the side. There are no wrong answers when dessert is involved.
