Directions
Make the Crumble - Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, whisk together flour, both sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until large clumps form.
Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely — it will firm up as it cools.
Make the Syrup - Combine water, sugar, and Apple Cinnamon Blend in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture just simmers. Remove from heat, cool, and strain if desired.
Sauté the Apples - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced apple and Apple Cinnamon Blend. Sauté 4–5 minutes until tender and caramelized. Set aside.
Build the Shake - Add vanilla ice cream and Apple Cinnamon syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass. Top with sautéed apples and a generous handful of crumble topping.
Finish with a sprinkle of carbonated sugar and serve immediately.

Recipe Note
Both the crumble and the syrup can be made 2–3 days ahead — store the crumble in an airtight container at room temperature and the syrup in the fridge. Cosmic Crisp apples hold their shape beautifully when sautéed, but Honeycrisp or Fuji work great too. Add the carbonated sugar right before serving so it keeps its pop!
