Hot, crispy, sweet, and spicy—with that melty, cheesy pull that makes your eyes roll back. This Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza, dusted in Cowboy Candy, tastes like a late-night campfire party in every bite. Bring napkins. And reinforcements.

Ingredients
-
1 Ball of Your Favorite Pizza Dough
-
2 tbsp Derek Wolf’s Cowboy Candy
-
1 Packet of Bianco DiNapoli Pizza Sauce
-
1 cup Bel Gioioso Whole Milk Mozzarella (low moisture- shred it or the pre-sliced will suffice)
-
½ cup Cooked Hot Italian Sausage (sliced)
-
⅓ cup Pepperoni Slices
-
1 Jalapeno (sliced thin)
Directions
Preheat Breeo Fire Pit with Pizza Oven attachment to 700 degrees. Keep it maintained at 700 to allow the stones to heat up as well.
Stretch out your Pizza dough and toss to desired size. The Breeo can accommodate one 14 inch pie comfortably.
Add sauce in an evenly distributed layer.
Layer cheese, then sausage, then pepperoni and jalapeno evenly.
Heavily dust pizza with Cowboy Candy Seasoning.
Slide into the oven. Rotate by 45 degrees every minute to two minutes.
Once crust is crispy and slightly charring, and cheese is melted all the way (5-6 minutes), remove from the oven and place on serving peel.
Slice how you wish. Let rest for five minutes.
Devour.
