Directions
Make the paste. In a small bowl, whisk the Mango Tango Seasoning and water together until a thick, spreadable paste forms — firm enough to coat the rim of a glass and hold in place. Set aside.
Make the coconut cream. In a separate small bowl, whisk the cream of coconut, coconut milk, and salt together until smooth. Set aside.
Spoon a small amount of paste onto a shallow plate and coat the rim of a 16 oz glass, using the back of a spoon or by pressing the rim into the paste.
Spoon 1 to 1½ teaspoons of the remaining paste into the bottom of the glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour in the lemonade and stir gently to loosen the paste at the bottom of the glass.
Top with the lemon-lime soda.
Finish with about 1 tablespoon of coconut cream, pouring gently over the back of a spoon so it floats on top. Serve immediately.
Recipe Note
Chef's Tip
The paste keeps in the fridge for up to a week, so make a batch ahead and you’re minutes from a drink. Leftover coconut cream holds for 3–4 days — just shake or whisk before using.
