1 8-12 lbs Bone-in or Boneless Smoked Ham

1/2 cup Spiceology Unsalted Caramel blend

2 cups Spiceology X Derek Wolf Maple Bourbon blend

1 cup Maple Syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
If you have an unsliced ham, cross cut score it over the top fatty side of the ham with 1-inch deep scores.
In a small mixing bowl, combine Spiceology Unsalted Caramel and Maple Bourbon blends.
Liberally dust the entire ham with the blend.
Pour 1 cup of maple syrup over the ham. Lightly sprinkle with more blend mix and massage in the crosscut sections.
Take the remaining maple syrup and whisk into the remaining blend mix.
Place ham in oven for 45 minutes to 1.5 hours based on instructions on ham. Baste every 15 minutes. If it starts to char slightly, tent with aluminum foil for remaining time and continue to baste.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
