Rim & Garnish
Directions
Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes (or fill with ice water and set aside).
Run the lemon or orange wedge around the rim of the chilled glass to moisten it.
Pour a shallow layer of Smoky Honey Habanero onto a small plate and dip the moistened rim into it to coat.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds, until well chilled and foamy.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into the prepared glass.
Lightly sprinkle a pinch of Smoky Honey Habanero over the top.
Garnish with the coffee beans and serve immediately.

Chef's Tip
No need to cool the espresso before shaking — shaking it hot with ice chills the drink fast and helps build that signature foam.
