Tandoori Glory Roasted Carrots with Maple Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of carrots, tops removed and washed
  • 2-3 tbsp Spiceology Tandoori Glory Signature Blend
  • Olive oil as needed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp real maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 450°F.

  2. Season carrots with olive oil and Spiceology Tandoori Glory.
  3. Roast carrots for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of your carrots.
  4. While your carrots are roasting make the maple yogurt by mixing the yogurt, maple syrup, lime juice, zest and garlic in a bowl.
  5. Once your carrots are cooked drizzle with the yogurt, and serve warm.
