Ingredients

1½ lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
½ tsp kosher salt
4 burger buns

1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
1½ cup shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp oil, for grilling onions
Directions
Divide beef into 4 loose balls and season with Teriyaki Takeout and salt.
Heat a skillet or griddle over high heat and lightly oil.
Add onions with oil and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
Place beef balls on a hot surface and smash thin with a spatula. Cook 2–3 minutes until deeply browned, flip, and cook 1–2 minutes more.
Toast buns cut-side down in the same pan until golden.
Build burgers with patties, grilled onions, and shredded cabbage. Serve with your favorite sauce.
