Ingredients
- Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken blend
- Olive oil or melted butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Spiceology Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme
- Olive oil or melted butter
- Clementine Turkey Rub
- 1/3 cup Spiceology Turkey Rub
- 2-3 clementines, zested
- Olive oil or melted butter
Nashville Hot with Honey Glaze
Lemon Pepper Turkey
Directions
Nashville Hot with Honey Glaze
- Coat turkey in olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle generously with Nashville Hot Chicken spice blend. Roast according to directions for the weight of turkey.
- In a microwave safe measuring cup add the honey and apple cider vinegar. Heat in 30 second intervals until the honey is melted, stirring well to combine.
- Baste the turkey in the last 30 minutes with the honey mixture.
Lemon Pepper Turkey
- Coat turkey in olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle generously with Nashville Hot Chicken spice blend. Roast according to directions for the weight of turkey.
Clementine Turkey Rub
- In a bowl add the turkey rub and clementine zest (or orange) and stir to combine.
- Coat turkey in olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle generously with Nashville Hot Chicken spice blend. Roast according to directions for the weight of turkey.
