Shipping Process
Once you place your order on Spiceology.com, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have questions about your order, please call us at (509) 241-3040. Please note, once your order has been placed, it may no longer be eligible for change or cancellation.
During non-holiday times, you can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days of order placement. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. During holidays, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders over $49.99 within the contiguous U.S. For any orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. under that threshold, we charge a flat shipping rate of $7.95. There are additional shipping charges for customers shipping outside of the contiguous U.S., which will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Spiceology’s products are used and preferred all over the world. Add some to your cart to review our shipping rates and delivery times. Please note: we can only process refunds if your order has been delayed 60 days or longer, due to shipping complications. There are some countries that we don't ship to due to carrier restrictions.
