Making homemade ice cream can sometimes be a little intimidating. Do I need appliances? Rock salt? Plastic balls to roll around? With this 3 ingredient recipe for No Churn Ice Cream, you only need a sealable container and some room in the freezer. Seriously, that's it. The recipe is incredible versatile and there's no limit to the fun goodies you could toss into it. For this recipe, we made Mexican Hot Chocolate Chip, Creamy Vanilla Fleck and Ceylon Cinnamon. Don't hate on the cinnamon until you try it. I was a hater once, then my father in law showed me the light and now it's one of my top 3 go-to's. Ingredients

1–2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
- In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, add the heavy cream and beat with the whisk attachment until stiff peaks form
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and spice lightly
- Don't overmix.
- Pour into air-tight container large enough to hold about 3 cups or 24 ounces
- Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight before serving
- Will keep in the freezer for up to 3 weeks
