Not Sure About How to Season Seafood?

Let’s be honest with ourselves: seafood is very easy to mess up.

It can be a challenge to make great tasting seafood dishes, especially with picky eaters and it is for this (and the love of marine based food) that we have created a seasoning for all of your seafood needs. We wanted to offer an all in one blend for those that like to experiment with flavor.

Spiceology’s Seafood seasoning features an aromatic blend of celery, pepper, clove and other spices to bring a unique and delicious addition to your cooking repertoire. It is great on fatty fish, flaky fish, shellfish, fish sticks and much more.

How to Use Seafood Seasoning

Throw this seasoning in a crab or crawfish boil and let the flavors of those delicious critters come alive.

Our blend perfectly compliments any liquid base you may want to use when cooking seafood. The aromatics paired with the spice of the pepper seasons, but does not overpower your dish. Another great option is to toss this seasoning on some fish sticks hot out of the fryer to season and coat perfectly before serving.

Marinade salmon or shrimp by blending with some oil in order to draw out the flavor. Sprinkle on some cod or pollock before baking to offer this delicate fish some depth and character.

Mix into your béarnaise for a Sunday Brunch and layer over a beautifully pan-fried crab cake to really stun your guests. The options for seafood applications are endless.
