Believe us, this innovative Spiceology signature blend is no wall flower.

Meet Hibiscus Habanero
Quintessential Mexican flavors combine in this gorgeous, smoky and floral innovative blend.

Flavor Notes:
Hibiscus
A familiar flavor in Mexican cuisine, this seemingly exotic ingredient is reminiscent of cranberry or pomegranate. Known as “flor de jamaica” (pronounced ha-MY-kuh), you’ll find this beautiful burgundy flower in both sweet and savory dishes including, cocktails, desserts, syrups, cookies, sauces, sorbets, and even sausages.
Habanero
There are few peppers with the complex flavors of Habanero. Sure, they’re hot, but they’re also floral, sweet and smoky. Up to 100 times hotter than a Jalapeño, Habaneros are renowned for their versatility, making appearances in diverse dishes.

Fun fact: tea brewed with dried Hibiscus flowers has been proven to help lower cholesterol and high blood pressure.

Spiceologist:
Tony Reed,
Director of Innovations
“When you open the jar, pungent habanero immediately hits you in the nose, but then notes of the hibiscus’ floral sweetness emerges. This unique combination has a complex and evolving palette of flavors, including the sweet and sour of the hibiscus you immediately notice once it hits your taste buds, but then the flavor balances out with the heat of habanero chiles and smoked paprika.”
Hibiscus Habanero works well with proteins, root vegetables, plus pretty much any cocktail.
